» Originally raised in Nice, where he attended an all-boys' prep school for all compulsory education.
» Moved to Marseille as soon as he was of legal age to leave the custody of his father in order to apply to and enroll in Starfleet.
» Met Courfeyrac in the Starfleet Academy Preparatory Program at (age 18-19), where they bonded during one of the stress reaction tests.
» Accepted to the special five-year Command Track on his first application there (age 19).
» Met Combeferre in Year Three (age 22), during an optional Engineering Extension Course.
» Participated in a part-time assistantship to Admiral Valjean in Year Five (age 23).
» As obvious valedictorian of the program, was stationed as captain of the USS Corinth on its test run in order to complete his final exam for the Bridge Officer's Test (age 23-24).


.:: PERSONAL CANON ::.

» An only child, his mother passed away when he was six. His father remarried his long-term mistress the week thereafter.
» Relations with his father are strained at best, but despite the resentment, still spent much of his childhood being the best son he could be -- to little effect. Eventually gave up on trying to impress him and transferred his attentions toward joining Starfleet.
» Considers Prouvaire and Combeferre his closest friends; the former he is more willing to open up his feelings and confess things to, while he prefers the quiet company of the latter.
» Has a small, nearly unnoticeable scar on his left cheek which has developed into a strong self-consciousness of/lack of confidence in his own looks as it relates to being loved by others.
» Is proficient ___
